Love the contrast between the rough walls and the sleek,  simple furniture. All that light and space! If this is the guesthouse, I wonder what the prime residence of the owners looks like…

This 18th century timber framed construction, in the mountains of the French Basque country has been restored and turned into a high-end guesthouse with 5 rooms. Modernity and tradition go hand in hand; in the architecture, the interior and the cuisine.
